Thursday night was the last formal night of 2022 as, next week, we hold our Christmas meal. We also have a photo-walk among the Christmas lights in Edinburgh to look forward to before re-convening at Falkirk Bowling Club on 5th January when we welcome Charles Everitt.
This week brought Monthly Competition No. 3 and we are indebted to Guy Phillips from Paisley Colour Photographic Club who stepped in at the last minute to judge this event. He carefully analysed each image delivering a helpful critique designed to encourage the photographer. Sincere thanks also to our club President Bob Black, who due to unforeseen circumstances, stepped up only a few hours before the event to control the mechanics of the competition. As this event was held online, thanks too to Web Controller Stuart Pearson who looked after the online video programme.
