During the second half of the evening we looked at the results of our Single Use camera project. Conceived and co-ordinated by Stuart Pearson, club members used a Colour then a Black & White Single Use film camera during the past season. Each participant took one photograph on each camera before passing it on to someone else. It was a fascinating project highlighting the differences between using film, and the digital cameras now in use.
This was the final regular Thursday night meeting of our season. Many thanks for looking in to our Weekly Roundup section each week.
Meetings resume in Trinity Church on 11th September 2025 so hope to see you there. Next season brings a series of talks from new visiting photographers, a new club competition format and a new series of workshops for both beginners and more experienced photographers. Regular reports will re-commence in late August.
Take care and have a great summer.
